Lebovics grew up in Canada in a family in which his father’s side had cantors and his mother’s side had rabbis. He says he uses his rabbinical skills at the seminary and his cantorial skills prove valuable at Synagogue of Inverrary in Hallandale Beach, where he is the chazan. During the high holidays, Lebovics leads services in São Paulo, Brazil. He has also sung the National Anthem at Miami Heat Jewish Heritage Night. -
